I HATE this app. (Don't let that say I hate this bank, I dig the credit union, I only hate their app) in all the years I'm having and TRYING TO USE this app, I've been able to actually use it once a year. It NEVER has my sign in information correct and makes me redo everything, every time, and STILL CAN'T SIGN IN. WAY TOO MUCH DRAMA. NO BUENO👎 It COULD be my fault but I don't have this trouble in any other app sooooo,I think not.

Great bank and super easy app! I love them!
I can write perfectly "for mobile deposit only to Investex credit union" and the app rejects my deposit saying I have to write "for mobile..." I can take perfect, crystal clear photos of my check, and the app rejects because it can't find the ck image. Seriously?? 11/1/19 - still sucks!

The App freezes and does not allow me to make deposits or check my transactions.
I find that the app is not as reliable as it use to be. It times out when trying to sign in, the check deposit option is now more of a nuisance since they are asking for stuff to be written on the check. I've had to just resort to going to the bank instead of mobile deposit. Which is fine but it was ideal to make deposits via the app before the new changes.
They are excellent.
